S: 10*18 the base diameter is 10MM, the whole hight is 18MM

M: 12*15 the base diameter is 12MM, the whole hight is 15MM

L: 14*13 the base diameter is 14MM, the whole hight is 13MM

The positive thead: 14*15+6. The base diameter is 14MM, the whole hight is 21MM, the positive

Thead is 6MM. M4 tapping.
